Undelivered same day order

I placed an order for a same day delivery hamper this at around 9am in the morning, the order had still not been delivered at 17:35 the same day.

The order was to be delivered in Sandton, they dispatch from Randburg. I called around 2pm the same day to endure that the order is delivered and you assured me that it will be delivered .

Bybtge time I realized that the order won't be delivered on time, their call center had knocked off and they do not have any platform to track your delivery or to get in touch with the courier.

This is unacceptable, it cannot take the whole day to make a delivery from Randburg to Sandton.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

They ruined my suprise and kept me in the dark, they did not even have the decency to tell me that my order is running late and when I will get it. Rather use the likes of Netflorist other competitors who don't take their clients for p**s!
