Far too expensive for the quality
We requested a refund upon discovering that the joints were already pulling apart on arrival and that there was additional damage from transport. This refund was refused, though they did offer to repair the transport damage; however, it’s unclear how they would address the poor workmanship.

Best service and exceptional quality
What an amazing company. We received the absolute best service from Bianca and her team. The quality of their products is exceptional. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

Friendly service and quality products
Ordered 2 Erica pedestals and a Mara Desk/console. I am very happy with the beautiful furniture we received, well packaged when it arrived as we are in Pretoria. The furniture is good quality and looks amazing. The Fynbossie team is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend Fynbossie.

Not the experience that we had hoped for
We found the Fynbossie website on-line and loved the look of their furniture - so much so that we took a trip to visit their new showroom in Kuils River. We liked what we saw and thought it was very reminiscent of Ikea/Scandinavian style and looked good quality. We bought over R30,000 of furniture which required a hefty 70% deposit. Our first misunderstanding was the lead time - we understood it to be around 3/4 weeks when in actual fact it was more like 6/7. So - take care in reading the small print, because unless you can remember exactly who you spoke to, on which day, at which time, your misunderstanding will be viewed as nothing less than ridiculous. To cut a long story short - we did eventually receive our furniture and we were less than impressed with the quality. Unfinished paintwork, runners that don't run smoothly and a customised order in the wrong colour, delivered late. When the customised order did arrive it just looked like a tragic hospital trolley. Seriously, it was bad. Those wheels don't even turn properly! It's all about quality control. It just didn't happen with our order. Fynbossie offered to make good the mishaps with our furniture, but the reality was that we were so sick and tired of the waiting, mistakes and fractious discussions with the owner that we just threw in the towel, preferring just to live with it. To add insult to injury, we saw the same table that we bought (and had hospitalised with the wheels) in both PEP and Builder's Warehouse - so a unique design, it was not. Sorry, Bianca - we so wanted to love Fynbossie.

Best service and good quality products
I ordered a custom upholstered bed from them. It was the best service, and they manufacture good quality products. I will definitely be ordering from them again in future 😁

Beautiful product and service!
I had such a pleasant experience ordering a chest of drawers from this company. The process was so easy from start to finish and I expected to face some challenges as I needed it delivered in Gauteng but everything went smoothly. It’s never easy purchasing an item you had only seen in pictures but I am so glad I put my faith in this company. The chest of drawers looks better than any pictures I have seen. It is incredible!!! I am totally in love with it.

Beautiful product and service!
I had such a pleasant experience ordering a chest of drawers from this company. Misleading advertising and professionalism should be improved
I'm completely appalled by the product I received from this company. Initially, I was so excited to order from them as I had some amazing pictures of their furniture on their website and Instagram and thought what a #WIN and the Raulf that I was emailing for inquiries was always so friendly and understanding which made me feel confident to take the risk of ordering their furniture without seeing it in person first. I'm from Gauteng and ordered from Cape Town which meant the delivery from the courier company would obviously be quite pricey. I took the risk and have to say I am so disappointed. The piece was nothing like what they advertise and a sore eye! It looked horrible, to say the least, and totally nothing close to what they advertise. After calling to report how unhappy I am and uploading images comparing what they advertise and what they gave me, their response was that they won't always be the same, but you could clearly see that this was nothing similar to what they had advertised and out of anger the manager just hung up after saying she will refund me. So even if I receive the refund, I paid so much for a courier that I won't get back, so I definitely won't be ordering from here ever again or even bother recommending this to anyone, what a waste of my money and even if you try to contact them on their WhatsApp line they just bluetick your messages, very unprofessional. Why add a WhatsApp link on the website if you'll ignore customers? Won't recommend this place to anyone for their peace and sanity.
