Dumb bouncer
Everything was good until it wasn't my family and I went to have a peaceful night out until a bouncer decided to pepper spray and punch my brother for no apparent reason,10 mins later we walked up again to find him he WAS gone NO WHERE TO BE FOUND, the smell of pepper spray filled the room making other customers tear due to the toxicity let's not forget that my husband was also pepper sprayed in the mouth . Worst place ever #****** #***ards

Dumb bouncer

TERRIBLE PLACE
Just terrible, glass shards in the parking lot where people have to stop, who's going to pay for a new Tyre. No one will take responsibility if your customer cant behave themselves don't let them in the establishment

TERRIBLE PLACE
Just terrible, glass shards in the parking lot where people have to stop, who's going to pay for a new Tyre. No one will take responsibility if your customer cant behave themselves don't let them in the establishment

Hanger G5 Bad service.
Sad to report, but will not go there any time soon. Took the family out for dinner and waited 1.5 hours for our starters. Received it cold and was told that starters does not get served with tartar sauce, it will be an extra charge. So ended up with dry, cold crumbed mushrooms. Asked for the bill and left. Cant complain about the service because there was no service. Everyone was more interested in the year-end party on the top floor.

Bad service and a *********** manager
I'm disappointed to report that our recent visit to Hanger G5 was marred by poor customer service and an overcharging issue. Despite enjoying the food, we were incorrectly charged for three drinks when we only had one. When we brought this to our waiter Silas attention, he became confrontational and disrespectful towards my wife. When I sought assistance from the manager Aubrey, I was shocked to be told to report the incident at the police station, and he refused to take further action and walked away from me while I was talking and wanted to understand why I got overcharged and the bad attitude from the waiter towards us. Is it not part of the manager duties to assist customer complaints and resolve it? This lack of accountability and poor complaint management has led us to decide that this will be our last visit to Hanger G5. It's unfortunate that a pleasant dining experience was overshadowed by such a negative encounter. I was also told Aubrey is the owner of the establishment.

Bad Everything
Hanger G5 (Atlas Street Pemona) is most certainly the worst place ever in terms of service! We spent 55 minutes there this morning .... just waiting for a simple breakfast, and eventually walked out. Each waiter has a different excuse for why the food is taking so long. To add to the frustration, the waiters spoke to us with their masks hanging on their chin! This establishment can simply no longer be recommended. One hour of my life wasted for nothing.
