Terrible experience with Joyce Mouton

I was desperately looking for a place to stay in February. Responded to an ad by Joyce Mouton. She sent me forms and a list of requirements. She also requested that I pay an application fee, which I did as I assumed that it would expedite the process. However, I never heard from her.

I then messaged her asking for feedback which she promised to send but never did. I complained about her service and treatment, she promised to refund me but went quiet after I sent the required documentation.

Please stay away from her and the agency she represents, she is a ****mer and takes advantage of destitute and desperate people.
