Bad and ****** customer care.

I Lehlohonolo Mo***eng Isbextremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I got from Harcourts Klerksdorp. I tried following up an application of someone I know. I spoke to a lady who works with accounts on Tuesday and she sounded bored and did not want to help. She said she doesn’t know how long it takes to get an answer on a pending application. I feel she treated me by how my accent sounded. She could have just said, sir we don’t accept application from your race.
