Bad and ****** customer care.
I Lehlohonolo Mo***eng Isbextremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I got from Harcourts Klerksdorp. I tried following up an application of someone I know. I spoke to a lady who works with accounts on Tuesday and she sounded bored and did not want to help. She said she doesn’t know how long it takes to get an answer on a pending application. I feel she treated me by how my accent sounded. She could have just said, sir we don’t accept application from your race.

I would like to write a review about Dialdirect
I would like to write a review about Dialdirect. I had an accident on 09/05/2025 and my car was written off. The service I got from my claim handler Mr Thabo Motsei was absolutely amazing. From how communicated with me, he was humbled, he caring and very professional. I’m very happy with the outcome of my claim and the time it took to be finalised. Thank you so mu much Mr Motsei Thabo and Dial Direct. Keep up the good work and God bless you.

Exchange or refund
Good day, I’d like to share my review regarding Klerksdorp Matlosana Mall House and Home. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the DELTA 2PCE LOUNGE SUITE that I bought for cash on the 13/11/2024 for the amount of R17999,00. Early January 2025 my partner noticed that the couches were sagging but then I was still exited about them so I was reluctant to go to the store and complain. On the 11/02/2025 I went to the above store to state my concern and I was told to sent the pictures. Of which later the Store Manager requested the videos that he said the supplier wanted, I even suggested that he sent someone over to my place to see for them self since I’m staying across the N12(Matlosana Gardens). This dragged for the whole of February 2025. The way forward from the Manager is that they can’t exchange or refund but to take my couches for inspection for a period of 21 days. Then I asked him where will I sit on in that time. I feel like he can do more to help but he is not doing so.

Bad Product
Where do I start, I'm completely dissatisfied with the service we got and the the vehicle we purchased. I referred a friend to Webuycars Silver Lakes, we went there on 18/08/22 to purchase a Renault Kwid 2017. On the Derka summary Report it only stipulated that it has oil leak and engine cut failure. Upon the deal the sales man said it just needs a service then everything is good to go. We took the vehicle and my friend was happy. We left Pretoria and arrived safely in Klerksdorp though the car was too slow. On the 19/8/22 we took the car for the service, the mechanic said that the whole exhaust system needs replacing, and that was done and not on the Derka Report. The 3 plug coils need replacing and that was not on the Derka repot. Engine was re done by the previous owner and that was not on Derka report. I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with Silver Lake Webuycars.

You guys have the poorest service ever. I was not impressed at all. Kindly put a note on the door and on your FB page that Black people are not welcomed. Me and my partner made a reservation for 18h30 last night, we got there on time and had to wait for 15 minutes to get a waiter. Funny enough it wasn't even busy, the white couple that came after us was treated like royalty even got staters and a waiter in a blink. To black folks working there, you guys are a disgrace. But anyway thanks to Johan, for coming to check on us. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone especially to people of my color.
