traded in my bike some 4 months ago. Part of the agreement was that I could service my new bike at a dealership closer to where i live. Obtained a quote as requested, this was approved and I proceeded with the service. For the past 4 months I have waited for my refund. Discussed this regularly with the original sales rep, who now left an 2 others. No help. I was finally given details of a financial lady. Besides blaming C19, poor internal communication and everything else she could think of, I was assured that I would be receiving my payment within the next week. Needles to say nothing received and no communication from HD. Having called her today, more apologies and i will be paid as soon as possible. Interestingly she’s not allowed to give me contact details of the group directors. So I have now posted my total disgust on social media.
