Pathetic place to stay

Won't advise anyone to book this place 1. The smell of the room it not good. They need to change on the cleaning equipment as its stuffy. 2. The owner Simon doesn't do refunds no matter the reason maybe. I.e. death or due to the state of his premises. 3. The staff don't have name tags and not safe as the gate doesn't have security. 4. They don't provide with towels and don't clean the room pn the second day.

What hurt's the most is that the don't tell you all this when making a booking with the and the owner seem like he does not care about his guests complains
