I have requested for help on the 13th April as I knew that I will not have money to pay for the router, but no one bothered to give a call back and when I call today as they have debited my account R595 with no connection they are telling me I should have advise earlier. If only they could have returned my call on time they would have known that I will not be paying April premium. Now they are telling me my account is owing, so my question is "what am I owing as I did not use your service in April". This is a reap off and you do not value your customers yet the money you are able to deduct but not offer them your assistance.
Won't advise anyone to book this place 1. The smell of the room it not good. They need to change on the cleaning equipment as its stuffy. 2. The owner Simon doesn't do refunds no matter the reason maybe. I.e. death or due to the state of his premises. 3. The staff don't have name tags and not safe as the gate doesn't have security. 4. They don't provide with towels and don't clean the room pn the second day. What hurt's the most is that the don't tell you all this when making a booking with the and the owner seem like he does not care about his guests complains
My husband Confirmed a ride for R74 and when I arrived at the destination the ride was R102 yet on the way the driver was complaining why did they charge me such a small rate. Don't know what's happening but people must watch out as you guys are starting to scam us. No happy with your service.
I have purchased a car through MFC vehicle finance and I have never seen such a selfless, horrible and selfish company. When lock down started I have advised them that I am on a lay off payment but they did not bother to reduce my monthly instalment which on the other months I had to reverse so that I can be able to survive. Early this year I sent them a new letter advising that I am on a 20% salary and still they did not bother to make arrangement. Worse part of it they deducted arrears on my account without my permission and this is not the first time. I am now going to change my account and pay they directly as this people does not think for their costumers and they tarnish Nedbank's name.
Bought a 3 pack of cuddlers and most of the nappies has no tape on the one side this is very disappointing. I see many of us are complaining about one and the same thing, please guys just value our money and give us quality.
Placed an order that never arrived and when advising support they telling me I should have reported the matter 6months after the dispatch date which they neva advised when my order was dispatched. Horrible service and crooks
