My VW Polo Trendline was booked in for a service on the 26/03/2025. Service Executive Tharunesh went over and above to make me feel welcome at the dealership. He explained the process of the repairs and what it entailed to be carried out. I received frequent updates and was very impressed with the overall extraordinarily service received from both Tharunesh and the Dealership. The drivers were extremely pleasant and fetched and dropped me on time. The receptionist was warm, pleasant and helpful.
Also to mention, it was raining and he brought my vehicle to the door so that I would not get wet.
Well done Hatfield VW Bryanston, well done Tharunesh and thank you for treating me as a VIP Client. You are a remarkable person and other Dealerships around the country can learn from this.
