Vehicle Returned with New Issues After Service

I recently took my car in for its second service and was assisted by Neo Matlala. When I went to collect my vehicle, I immediately noticed a strange noise coming from the rear wheel area, and there was smoke coming from the back wheels. This was very concerning, as the car did not have this issue before the service.

I contacted Neo to explain what I had experienced, and I was informed that the brake pads had been changed without my prior knowledge or consent. This was never discussed with me beforehand.

Since the service, my car has been making an unusual sound from the rear, and I am unsure what is causing it. I am disappointed that additional work was done without consultation and that I am now dealing with a new issue that wasn’t there before. I hope this matter can be addressed urgently and resolved properly.
