Candy - a great Sales Rep
Candy was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in! The technical issues at the dealership were beyond her control but she definitely pulled her weight in making sure I have a good experience.

Absolutely Horrible Experience at Haval Toti!
⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Horrible Experience at Haval Toti! I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the shocking service at Haval Toti. My car has been sitting there for over FOUR WEEKS, and it’s still not fixed! Every time I call, I get the same runaround — empty promises, excuses, and no real updates. It honestly feels like they just don’t care! How can a dealership operate like this? No urgency, no communication, and no respect for their customers’ time or money. I’ve been patient, I’ve followed up repeatedly, and still — NOTHING. This is completely unacceptable. Haval Toti has turned what should have been a simple repair into an absolute nightmare. I would never recommend them to anyone. If you value proper service and honesty, stay far away from this place!

Haval jolion amanzimtoti
Unreliable haval jolion clutch packed up the second time with 40 000 kms car is two years old. Manager on site was not helpful at all. Expected me to may cost, which is unacceptable with recurring problem. No curtesy about customers safety. It's been a week no feed back still without a vehicle. Not even a courtesy car.

Haval jolion amanzimtoti
Unreliable haval jolion clutch packed up the second time with 40 000 kms car is two years old. Manager on site was not helpful at all. Worse Company to work for
DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY No policies in place for terminating staff . They make you sign documents that cover them from you taking them to CCMA . .They ***** your uif money .They don't pay they workers basic salaries en over work them .No one ever helps you to get paper. .The Worst HR company runs they Hr department .(no care for they employees) .Directors don't even care for they employees , just themselves

TERRIBLE SERVICE DID NOT WANT TO HELP
Very bad service. It is advertised that they do GWM cars. took my car because ABS light staying on. Dinesh said they dont have a machine he will have it the next day. When I came in he said the machine is not picking up anything I must see the electrician and he will call me when he comes in Mon or Tues. did not call and he told me he cant help me as they dont do these cars only the newer models so I must find another place. Why did he not tell me before instead of me wasting my time waiting.
