THE WORST BANK EVER NO SECURITY ON THEIR ACCOUNTS Obviously my card was compromised an amount of R69.55 was being taken off my account for Facebook which I do not subscribe to. I immediately went in into my app and saw 7 of these had gone through already . I stopped the card and I had to go into the branch. I went in an had to go to police to do an affidavit. On going in I saw that these had started from 03am the night before and then from 11.15 the next day. They had charged for SMS but there were none on my phone the first sms was the one at 11.15. It was about R623 that was taken out which I believe the could have immediately reversed. But no they said I had subscribed could not provide me who the people were on line and I have no knowledge of that at all. They refused to refund because they say I did not report it straight away and if I am not happy I must go to the ombudsman. THey also had a glitch in their system where I tried to do an immediate payment of R2000 which did not go through and reflect but was taken off my account when I called the said sorry we have a problem it will go back into the account but it takes 24 to 48 hours and they are so sorrry...... DO NOT USE THIS BANK THEY ARE NO SAFE. i wont be using this bank any more just for a few things that go through but am transferring the rest to another bank that is safe JUST A WARNING TO ALL . WHEN 7 TRANSACTIONS ARE GOING THROUGH WITH THE SAME AMOUNT ALMOST WITHIN THE SAME TIME OTHER BANKS WILL PICK IT UP TO SEE HOWCOME IT IS NOT A USUAL TRANSACTION EVEN THOUGH ITS SMALL AMOUNTS
so disappointed ordered a blood pressure machine had to keep finding out when it was coming. Eventually when ti came it was damaged and did not work so I immediately logged a return on the same day had to follow up when the will collect it they came two weeks later and then had to follow up what the problem is and where the refund is and three weeks later they paid the refund after lots of requests and not the delivery fee. phone again and I am still waiting now two weeks later when and if they are going to refund this. they have not got back to me when Their call centre are very helpful and sweet but their service is useless, this was delivered on the 4th april .So to date nothing is properly resolved will not order from them again with this type of service
Disgusting service they were supposed to turn up on Thursday to fetch the document to go overseas did not come Friday I was promised after they apologised and after phoning and being cut off 100 times I finally got through and they came at 5 3o to fetch the document. No special plastic that they seal the stuff in when i asked they had some used one in the car and put it in there. On the tracking it shows it was at the Hub JHB on Saturday 30th. I have nothing further. I called you get cut off then send an email and they tell me its all okay . Cannot see anything further on tracking called and wrote emails again now they say they cant locate the document they investigating cannot speak to a manager keep getting cut off and I fear they have lost this and my son needs this urgently in Portugal I have no idea how to resolve this T
What a nightmare to deal with. I called an Uber on my app and unfortunately I did not realise that my debit card is on the app as I used them overseas . They immediately took of R328 the driver then came and said that he wanted cash so he said he will cancel it and it will reservse . so I cancelled it and they immediatley took R36 out of my account. and it di not reservse they guy said by the time we get to umhlanga it would reserve he said he did not have enough money for petrol and I gave him R200 as basically I believed it will reverse On the app there is NOWHERE where you can address this on there help questions and also nowhere you can contact them The phone no is no longer in existence and its just a dead end you cant even email them This is shocking.
If you have anything you need to be couriered they are the best. What a pleasure to deal with them. From their staff to the guys who deliver. I had a steam iron I needed to be picked up in Durban and could not fill it out for some reason on their website. Called them and their lady there named Momo immediately sorted it out sent me the docs and I sent her proof of payment that next day she sent me the waybill the unit was picked up and delivered to me in the afternoon on the same day. She was so willing and helpful plus I did not expect it to quick so the delivery guy waited while I quickly came home. He is also always so pleasant. What a pleasure to deal with these people and their rates are very good Defintely recommend them
I bought an Empisal steam press with a one year guarantee and one month out of guarantee the circuit board went. Obviously I have to pay to get it fixed but I wanted to know why it went and what could of caused it. Nobody wants to speak to me they give the info to the receptionist who does not really understand . She said it could be loadshedding and I never use this iron during loadshedding time I used it once a week and it is not plugged in for loadshedding. I would like to know what could cause this after only a year down the line . i had an elna press for 25 years and never even had to service it and this is one year old and they are no cheap they cost nearly R6000 so I feel I am entitled to get an explanation.
terrible service I booked everything g through them then 8 days ago booked a taxi for airport they then said 5 days later must book a bigger taxi tried to cancel so.i could get a refund quickly then they said they may be able to.upgtade so 8.days later they tell me no must cancel refund takes 8 days and I am leaving in 2 days. you cNt speak to anybody. it's just emails which keep asking how cN they help and different people reply requests same Info again and they tell you to call them and we on portugal can only use whatsapp a d the no is in the Uk
Very bad service. It is advertised that they do GWM cars. took my car because ABS light staying on. Dinesh said they dont have a machine he will have it the next day. When I came in he said the machine is not picking up anything I must see the electrician and he will call me when he comes in Mon or Tues. did not call and he told me he cant help me as they dont do these cars only the newer models so I must find another place. Why did he not tell me before instead of me wasting my time waiting.
They are really such a pleasure to deal with. If you have an exchange or return they fetch it the next day and then 2 days later depending on the outcome refund your money. Their delivery guys are pleasant and helpful if you not home they will make a plan. So many online places do not help with returns you have to pay to send them back and sometimes they charge a handling fee . Wish a lot of companies would learn by example and employ the correct people and train them
I ordered a Mattress Protector and Mthobisi then called me to say that they do not have stock and went out of his way to find me a similar and better one so that I could have it this year. He kept in touch and has arranged for it to be delivered within a day. He has been so helpful and really went the extra mile. Its so good to deal with people like this who care for the customers
