I have bought the Jolion Super Luxury 2022 model and have been waiting for parts since May 2022 when my car accidently rolled into the gate at home
It is almost 3 months without a car and the insurance has taken the courtesy car after 30 days of hire.
I am disgusted by the after sales and customer service call centre agents are almost automated with senseless feedback
Please do your homework on this vehicle this is my second encounter and it has not been pleasant
They have extended the dates countless times and are telling me the container is stuck at customs previously I was told that all the parts don't arrive in the same container!!!
