It would be evil not to write this after the service i got from Elton Magagula, the man literally changed my life with a car. His services will make you mistake him for your best friend, he looks out for your interest, ive never seen such from a sales man

I have bought the Jolion Super Luxury 2022 model and have been waiting for parts since May 2022 when my car accidently rolled into the gate at home It is almost 3 months without a car and the insurance has taken the courtesy car after 30 days of hire. I am disgusted by the after sales and customer service call centre agents are almost automated with senseless feedback Please do your homework on this vehicle this is my second encounter and it has not been pleasant They have extended the dates countless times and are telling me the container is stuck at customs previously I was told that all the parts don't arrive in the same container!!!

I walked into Haval looking for an H2 for my fiance, i have watched reviews on this car many a time and i am a car enthusiast myself so i know what i am looking for. First of all i get to the gate and the guard for that complex asks me if i am coming in? I mean surely if my car has arrived at a gate i am going in? What type of question is that? Secondly i arrive at Haval and ask the salesman what are the specs and pricing on the H2 on the floor....he says he is not a hundred percent sure, then i ask him the engine size and he says 1.8L yet the back of the car says 1.5T, i mean surely if you only have 4 cars on your floor you should know your product? It is a shame as i wanted to purchase one but if you cant even tell me the price of the car how can we do business.

I contacted Boksburg branch this week Tuesday to book my Haval H1 in for a repair on a continuous problem we have had since we bought the vehicle new. It has been in for repair numerous times to Boksburg branch , the rude booking clerk told me they can only look at it today an answer I was not willing to accept , as this is not my fault we continue to have this issue with this vehicle. I contacted the branch again on Wednesday on numerous occasions after 09h00 and got the message that the switchboard was unattended and that a consultant would contact me , this never happened. I then again phoned and asked to speak to the workshop manager who is on leave and asked to speak to the person handling his position whilst he is on leave , apparently no one, I then asked to speak to Sean the dealer principle, who I was advised was in a meeting and he would phone me back ,well surprise surprise he did not , so I phoned again and was advised he would phone me back , well up to date nothing. I am starting to regret buying the Haval as the after sale service I have received is nothing short of atrocious.

Very good dealership. Reasonably priced deals on all new vehicles. Used vehicles also available. Customer service is very good and staff are knowledgeable about the vehicles on sale. Safe and secure parking on the premises. Test drives can be conveniently arranged when booking an appointment. Nicely sized showroom in an easily accessible location. Definitely worth the visit, for those looking at purchasing a vehicle.

Haval boksburg is absolutely disgusting and pathetic. Never ever use them. They failed to return my car on time.
