I sent my Vehicle in for repair on the 23rd October and they had to replace the brake breather pipe which our company had to pay upfront and was told this part would arrive 31 October , this was then delayed until 2 December it still hasn't arrived just excuses not even an apology. Getting hold of the dealer principle is near impossible , The part is now longer available and to get a refund is like trying to squeeze water out of a stone.
I purchased a Russel Hobbs Electric Blanket last year which was faulty they gave me the run around and I stuck to my guns to get a replacement with an extended warranty. Within the Warranty period the unit has packed up again they are now only willing to do repair which can take up to 21 days. I sent my email off on the 11th July when they came back with the same run around i experienced last time. On the 14th July I sent a request for a manager to phone me with no response. After following up again today I received an email today to sign a form which states it may take up to 21 days to repair , all I want is for them is to bring me a replacement unit and they can have the old one.
I phoned Food *****s in Boksburg to find out about their platters only to get a voice message informing me to leave a message and then telling me voicemail box is full. I phoned Food *****s Head Office and was told they have no other number and if I wanted information on a platter I must go into the store. Such shocking service does not even warrant a rating of one.

Have phoned them on numerous occasions as to throttling of account and they always blame Vumatel in all the weeks I have complained about their service not once have they sent out a technician, Vumatel came out and inspected and said the only problem they could imagine is that we were being throttled by our ISP ,I have subsequently canceled my contract
Boris arranged for fitting on last week Friday . Ben and Alfred came to install on time ,or were they very efficient but extremely friendly. I would recommend them to anyone
After battling since Thursday to speak to a decision maker and with promises they would phone me back ,I decided to take the meat with me when going into the butchery ,George the owner was extremely hostile and refused to refund me for the meat I returned ,I will never buy from them again
I bought a whole lot of meat on the 8th July , have opened pork chops they were off , opened a bag of stewing steak bulk pack which was off and had to throw it away , opened a packet of mince which I had to throw away . Now I get told they can only get refund if meat was bought a day or two ago
Ordered from Boksburg branch was suppose to deliver today this was cancelled last moment delivery to take place 31 March. Phoned customer care they have given me the run around ,no one in management available , kept on telephone for 15 minutes at a time . I have eventually cancelled order.
