thank you Innovative Networks, Walkerville definitely needed actual fibre lines - with all the weather and interference between all the different wireless options here it was a mess, thank you for saving us.

I have been without internet for 2 days now. Today they sent technicians on site and they still could not diagnose the issue. The technicians were here from 9am to 2pm and they need to come back to try one last option. When I call they can’t even advise when they can send out technicians again. In addition to all of this there’s a possibility that they will charge the call out fee to me. There was a long period of time where the technicians were also annoyed with me waiting for the engineers at the office to let them know what to do next. Currently I’m losing money from 2 days worth of work not being done. They will still charge me for the full month including the downtime and they’ll most likely charge me for the idle time the technicians sat here waiting for a solution. The cherry on top, I am forced to use them because of some exclusivity deal the developer entered into with them so clearly they couldn’t care less because it’s not like I can use another ISP 🙄 Super annoyed!

Worst service provider ever. No star would be a compliment I have been with innovative networks for over a year now. Installation goes FAN****INGTASTIC. Once You start using the service the **** starts. Out of the blue drop in service. Lagging. Settings being changed on the device. You whatsapp or call they always have the same ****ing story. We will advise. What will you advise on? How imcompetent you are? The owner phoned me and was friendly and apologized prefusely on a prior occasion. It went well for a while and then suddenly started again. Off and on. Like off 120 time a day and on again. At one point it was off for days but i had paid for full service and only get half service. Then another resident had fiber installed just last week. And suddenly MY line was damaged. When i contacted Innovative networks it was the ****ING lame response. We will advise shortly. I went to the technician and spoke to him and he said sorry sir if i ****ed it up i will fix it. And he did. Very politely. So thank You to him. He was the only honest one out of them all. Today my fiber dropped again like a dead horse and i wahtsapped and phoned and emailed Innovative networks, just to hear the same catchy ****ing line we will advise shortly. Please advise me wether i should post this review or not. Oh well i will post it and i hope the whole ****ING world will see it and know how ABSOLUTELY ****ING PATHETIC your service is.

I’m sure they got their support staff from a lucky packet. I’M PAYING FOR A SERVICE BUT DON’T GET PROPER SUPPORT FOR THIS “SERVICE “!!!! For two weeks I’ve been trying to get my email sorted out, with no luck at all!!! “Support” clowns change settings that don’t work and EVERY month we have to change passwords and the incompetence starts again!!! Why are they in business if they can’t offer support for the product you’re PAYING for???!!! Then the co owner Wayne redelinghuys has the the audacity to tell his staff not to give me support!!!!

When you get a chance stay away from this wifi , my wifi has been giving issues days and I reach out to them for help but not they dont care ..up to today nothing has been solved all I get is stories im soo done ,I will be reporting them to ISPA
