Id like to extent my appreciation to Lethabo who has assisted me with a billing issue with regards to allocating a payment that I did without using the right Reference number, Keep up the good work Thank you
<p>I have never in my life experienced such upholing services from a company.. NBC Holdings have a bunch of incompetent liars as employees. Their shortcomings are ignored by management.In particular TASLEEM MIA AND TEBOGO are the people responsible for my claim. Iv filled in a claim on November 2015 and as per NBC the claim has to be paid within 60 days which is 2 Months. 3 Months later on February I called ( ********** ) spoke to TASLEEM MIA who explained that the process was not finalized yet. And I should wait 2 to 3 weeks ,of which I waited with out receiving feedback from NBC HOLDINGS . On May 2016 I called in and was advised that Tasleem was not in the office and the last week of May I went to the Head Office and personally spoke to TASLEEM who assured me that I should wait 1 more month and the money will be deposited into my account of which none of what she said is true. On the 7th of July called in and was assured by TEBOGO who explained that the money will soon be paid. In 3 weeks time , due to Sars having to tax a portion before it can be paid into my account and yet again it was a lie..on the 26th I spoke to TEBOGO again who told me that she's no longer handling my claim,it was sent back to TASLEEM and she doesn't know when the money will be paid in and she hung up whilst I was talking, I later called in and spoke to their Manager Sheron who said she would investigate the matter and would call me back, she sure did call me back and confirmed that all my documents were in order which meant the following day (27-07-2016) I will get a call from TASLEEM MIA who would confirm the exact date of which the money would be paid, the day passed without any communication from NBC HOLDINGS. Its 9 Months later and i have grown very impatient.Their Company Values as per their WEB SITE is 1- Integrity 2- Our People 3- Cost Awareness 4- Client service 5- Communication.</p> <p>None of their Values have been upheld whilst dealing with my claim. External forces have advised me that I have not been paid because the company plans to keep all the interest accumulated since my claim was submitted and I'm not sure of the extent of truth in that though one thing I'm sure of is that they Should pay my money. NOW MY PLANS HAVE BEEN PLACED ON HOLD,AND IT FEELS LIKE THE CONSULTANTS THAT ARE HANDLING MY CLAIM ARE PLAYING GAMES </p> <p>I NEED HELP SORTING THIS OUT</p>
