Worst service provider ever. No star would be a compliment I have been with innovative networks for over a year now. Installation goes FAN****INGTASTIC. Once You start using the service the **** starts. Out of the blue drop in service. Lagging. Settings being changed on the device. You whatsapp or call they always have the same ****ing story. We will advise. What will you advise on? How imcompetent you are? The owner phoned me and was friendly and apologized prefusely on a prior occasion. It went well for a while and then suddenly started again. Off and on. Like off 120 time a day and on again. At one point it was off for days but i had paid for full service and only get half service. Then another resident had fiber installed just last week. And suddenly MY line was damaged. When i contacted Innovative networks it was the ****ING lame response. We will advise shortly. I went to the technician and spoke to him and he said sorry sir if i ****ed it up i will fix it. And he did. Very politely. So thank You to him. He was the only honest one out of them all. Today my fiber dropped again like a dead horse and i wahtsapped and phoned and emailed Innovative networks, just to hear the same catchy ****ing line we will advise shortly. Please advise me wether i should post this review or not. Oh well i will post it and i hope the whole ****ING world will see it and know how ABSOLUTELY ****ING PATHETIC your service is.
When they sell You a police they promise the moon and the stars and pride themselves on honesty and integrity. When it comes to claims they have so many stories and excuses and expect You as policy holder to pay top dollar for repairs. They want to ****** You for Tens of Thousands for excess, rental cars and so on. I have to take my car to a panelbeater 40km away from my house. They wanna charge R12944.77 for a scratch on my bumper. Plus R6800 excess. Plus R2000 for a rental car. All whichbis included in my policy. So what am I paying for. They are the worst insurance company and should be shut down. I wany all South Africans to know about this absolute pathetic service. Dont waist time and money to join them. They are the worst. And in the end, it cost me R280 and 30 min of my life to fix my own car. So PLEASE DO NOT USE VIRSEKER. They are pathetic beyond words.

These people make sure you get your reminder to pay days in advance. You pay but then wifi drops like homeless person diving for a piece of pie. When in the middle of a meeting the wifi drops, causing me to lose money. Are they gonna pay back what I lost because their ****, Horrible plein *** service? I dont think so. I had to upgrade to a faster line in order to get my work done, but its slower than cancer on a snails back. The owner of the company phoned me on a previous occation and apollogised for these issues we have been having. The call center says that our whole area is off, but he also said he heard it just now. They are communicating with all complex body corporarets. Why not create a whatsapp line where they can send messages to all customers saying, HEY ****HEAD YOUR WIFI IS DOWN AND WE AINT JACK **** TO FIX IT.
Very quick to take the cash and deliver the car. Aftersales service is ABSOLUTELY ****ING pathetic. Been waiting 2 weeks for my Natis documents. Been given the run around. Told me the license department has a backlog and thats why my documents have not yet been handed over. I then went on to phone head office only to be told my documents was only sent from their office YESTERDAY 27 January 2025. Then it would be sent to license department. I then phoned Debbie at Auto city alberton only to be told that the papers will be there today. 28 January 2025. She said she will phone me today to which i rep**** i will wait for my phone not to ring. So Please people. Stay away from these guys. They OVER promise and FAIL horribly. At least 1 thing is constant. THEY NEVER FAIL TO DISSAPOINT.
After buying my car there was alot of problems. The licinsing and registration taking way too long. The car's fuel guage is not working. This review follows on my previous review. Motus select sent me an email where they state that the matter will be resolved to MY SATISFACTION. When i spoke to the complaints person yesterday i was brushed off like a piece of dust and told that they concider the matter closed and will be closing the file. I went on to get the CEO of Motus select contact details. Contact was innitiated but have not heard from them yet. I just feel that what they say they will do in writing, in a legal document should be done as this is what was said. I want this whole matter to be resolved to MY SATISFACTION. Please see below quoted text from email recieved. "We will keep you updated on the progress and are dedicated to resolving this issue to your satisfaction." Can the CEO or MD contact me so we can get this sorted out. I will however get my Lawyer involved in this matter.
