I contacted Boksburg branch this week Tuesday to book my Haval H1 in for a repair on a continuous problem we have had since we bought the vehicle new. It has been in for repair numerous times to Boksburg branch , the rude booking clerk told me they can only look at it today an answer I was not willing to accept , as this is not my fault we continue to have this issue with this vehicle. I contacted the branch again on Wednesday on numerous occasions after 09h00 and got the message that the switchboard was unattended and that a consultant would contact me , this never happened. I then again phoned and asked to speak to the workshop manager who is on leave and asked to speak to the person handling his position whilst he is on leave , apparently no one, I then asked to speak to Sean the dealer principle, who I was advised was in a meeting and he would phone me back ,well surprise surprise he did not , so I phoned again and was advised he would phone me back , well up to date nothing. I am starting to regret buying the Haval as the after sale service I have received is nothing short of atrocious.
