Lies to get a sale

Applied for my financing in December but could not take delivery cause I was in and out of hospital. Sales person sold the deal with a fuel voucher of R10 000 at the time. Took delivery on 13th of January and he confirmed my deal still includes the voucher, even had to take a color that I was not happy with to secure the R10 000 deal. He had been giving me the run around with the voucher till to date apparently waiting for mangers approval. I called the sales manager who told me that deal was canceled cause it was a December promo yet their sales person continued to lie to me so that he can make a sale.
