Applied for my financing in December but could not take delivery cause I was in and out of hospital. Sales person sold the deal with a fuel voucher of R10 000 at the time. Took delivery on 13th of January and he confirmed my deal still includes the voucher, even had to take a color that I was not happy with to secure the R10 000 deal. He had been giving me the run around with the voucher till to date apparently waiting for mangers approval. I called the sales manager who told me that deal was canceled cause it was a December promo yet their sales person continued to lie to me so that he can make a sale. Honesty and Integrity give Haval Kempton Park zero.

I used to be one of Old Mutual employee and the premium were being taken directly from my account and I have to say since leaving old mutual as my employee it has been a nightmare to get through or get any responds regarding my queries. I was contacted by someone who advised of the call and requested to call Old Mutual directly and validate this with joy of getting hold of Old Mutual either on email calling directly. Can I kindly request someone please drop me an email and assist, please note due to the nature of the work I do I am unable to take calls.

I requested Budget to skip a months payment as I was having financial crisis and to only debit the funds on the 25th of September. To my surprise they debit on the 25th of August which I haven't budgeted for. To refund the difference was a hassle which took two weeks and got me thinking if they can't refund my own money and lousy R800 what will come claims stage. I took insurance with a reputable insurance company and start date is the 25th September. I had made numerous attempts to cancel this insurance with no assistance; even went on Facebook to get assistance until I decided to block the debit order but the clever crooks used a different reference and debited my account yesterday. Now I'm sitting with two debit orders from Budget and my new insurer. Please cancel this insurance it's as useless as the insurer, very reasonable premiums yes but I'd rather pay for service than this.
My DStv had a problem when I wanted to upgrade only to find out that my accounts are to two decoders and they confirmed I'm on price lock lock and that contract ended four months ago. My DStv was not working for an entire weekend cause your consultant are very incompetent. This was only fixed the next working but the catch up had not been working, I spoke to so many agents who kept on hanging up on me after holding for over 2 minutes max on each call, by the way I made four calls today. The last agent I spoke to is Siphesihle who reports to Percy Pillay who confirmed that he is busy. I also spoke to Thobeka and her team leader who was utterly rude and kept on speaking to me in your jargon which I did not understand, prior to them I spoke to Christelle who also hanged up on me. I cannot recall the first agent, he also hanged up on me. I need this sorted out ASAP, I'm paying for a service that is utterly nonsense. I'm expecting feedback from you people.
We moved out on the 28th on February and the gentleman who had assisted with the exit inspection eventually took the time to hear the side of our story after we were evicted. He vowed that he will make sure we get our refund on time. Till do date Zelri properties has not given feed. I have sent numerous emails to Lizelle who is always in a meeting whenever I call and cannot respond to any of my emails. It's makes we wonder if they won't be fabricatiing any damages to the unit because I had the odesity to still respect them and left their unit in an presentable condition. I honestly thought moving out of their premises whould be the last time I had to deal with Zelri but surely they like my attention so much nobody has answers regarding our refund. It all makes sense why their staff is so incompetent and lazy to think. It all comes from the top. Lizelle Blignaut since you are unable to press a simple button from your pc and respond to my emails or get back to me, hopefully this platform will do for you. To cut a very long story short give me the feedback and refund our money so I can gladly put yal to my past. You are a bunch of bullies, I hope one day someone with all the powers takes you on someday!
Deciding to sign up a lease with Zelri has to be one of the biggest mistake my husband and I had ever made. From the incompetent stuff who call themselves managers(Neli, Victor and Lizelle who I assume is in a management position) to be specific. Moving into the new apartment was not pleasant from day one, disrespected by the security guard. Didn't allow our delivery vehicle to come in because we had a lot of vehicles parked in there already. What's so surprising is that we were never advised that certain vehicles will be prohibited from entering the premises. What's shocking I got a call from Lizelle who was ill-mannered about the whole thing. Half of the call interaction she was shouting and told me that it was my responsibility to ask regarding the parking. Funny enough I had moved from one of their apartments which is literally a street away and according to her the rules were different and it was my responsibility to ask and that was common sense. Shocking response from someone in a management position. One person who deserves a round of applause is Dina, thank you for remaining professional and for being helpful throughout the whole process. Logged a complaint with them but they choose to defend their people and the security guard...clearly this says a lot about the treatment towards their tenants. There was an issue regarding noise levels which was addressed by their incompetent manager who resides in the premises and we were given notice to evict the premises by the 28th of February. I called the offices requesting for the signed lease, full report on the noise levels as well issue of warning as they advised that it was issued as I wanted to escalate the matter with the housing and rental tribunal as well as the ombudsman, later on the day they changed the letter to final warning instead of notice to evict. These people are incompetent, racist and lack knowledge of customer experience. I'm not expecting any outcome in this post but people need to know what Zelri is all about. Bull**** company, they should probably invest in a course for customer experience it's called circle and square, judging from the complaints on this website, yal are ****. We are now being watched like a hawk by the security and the wife's manager who does not even work for zelri. My nephew was washing our cars and he was using the outside tap to our surprise the wife's manager instructed the incompetent security guard to close the water because it is owned by the building, according to what I'm aware of we pay for hot water only. We have been painted as bad people to everyone in the premises, it's not pleasant staying in these premises. Patiently waiting for our lease ro finish!

My distributor advised that I will remain under debt review until I have finished paying off all my debts. The reason I called your call center I wanted to provide you with my new banking details as I wanted you to s**** debiting the initial amount that you were debiting before I went under debt review. I could not even finish half of my sentences without her jumping into conclusion, I want Nadia’s Team Leader or manager to call me, I don’t want any consultant calling me, I think I spoke to enough consultants for the day. I even wanted to change my details but Nadia did not even give me a chance to do that, my number is 060 661 7264. Should I not get a response within 24 hours, I’m taking this further.</span></strong></p>
Few weeks ago I was contacted by someone from FNB offering to port my number to FNB. I agreed to the offer cause of the great service I get from FNB, yesterday I get an sms stating that my sim card has successfully been ported. After the sms I got my network stopped working and i could not even do my cellphone banking. Im not getting any calls and I cant make any calls either. I cant even check my balance as it states \NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK"I have called the call center and I have been holding for +-15 minutes. I'm really not happy with all of this and I want it sorted out ASAP. """
