Poor service
I bought a vehicle at Haval westrand and I was told that it's a demo only to learn that the car was traded in by someone and was involved in an accident. I approach the dealership and the sales man admitted that indeed they did some work on the vehicle. For 3 years now i have been begging haval to fix the car without success. Contacted their head office, spoke to the dealer principal and still no assistance. I keep on getting promises and have been to them several times only to be disrespected. I will never buy a haval again or any car from haval westrand.
Before buying a car at Haval check the car thoroughly.

The vehicle was sold to you as a demo that you were aware of. The day after Delivery it was discovered that there was a small mark on the rear bumper that we agreed upon fixing when you can bring the vehicle in for us to have it done. When the vehicle eventually came in there was accident damage on the side that was caused by the client we still committed to carry the cost of the mark that was not bigger than a R5 coin after the repair of the accident damage the customer expected us to it a bill of R7000 which was declined by us as the repair would have been no more that R1000,the balance of the repair is for the customers insurance.
At no stage was the customer was treated unfairly or unjust as we do value all customers and deal transparently and just
