Rip-off Artists

This must have been the worst experience of my life. It was our year end function, we were put in some blocked off hall having to walk through the kitchen to get there. The room had no atmosphere, no decorations, no music. The table had no serviettes or condiments. We arrived at 12;45 and only received our starters at 14:00. At 15:00 no main course in site and our transport arrived. When I went to see the manager, his excuse was that we should have pre-ordered and had the attitude that it was our fault. We did pre-order the lamb but surely waiting over 2 hours for a main course, and that at R650 a head without the 10% service fee included is totally unacceptable. To make things worse, there was a complaint about virtually every dish which had been served, so the food was nothing to write home about either. Some people had to leave before the food even arrived. Please take my advice, never use this place for a year-end function.
