Hazendal Estate Wine tasting went BAD.

As regulars when Hazendal opened, we visited all the venues and especially as wine lovers the wine tasting area. Staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly with a touch of humour, we enjoyed tremendously. BUT on 20 Febr at 16h00 we had a suprise that left us with a feeling of shock and nause to the stomach. The NEWLY staff that adressed us was in a manner and attitude of trash that walked in. I will NEVER go back and would NOT like anyone to experience such humiliation.
