Hazendal Estate Wine tasting went BAD.
As regulars when Hazendal opened, we visited all the venues and especially as wine lovers the wine tasting area. Staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly with a touch of humour, we enjoyed tremendously. BUT on 20 Febr at 16h00 we had a suprise that left us with a feeling of shock and nause to the stomach. The NEWLY staff that adressed us was in a manner and attitude of trash that walked in. I will NEVER go back and would NOT like anyone to experience such humiliation.

Checkers website says 08h00 but its 09h00 opening. Be aware.
We woke up early morning to go to Checkers, the Web site on google, updated read 08h00 open daily. To our suprise it only open at 09h00. In this digital age we live with technology iwhich simplify this like informing customers of where and when. Driving to Checkers with todays fuel prices, it was not a nice experience. C/O Ou Paarl and Brackenfell Boulevard.

Jacques Coetsee Garage Doors.
We had an amazing experience with Jacques Coetsee Garage Doors. He was so professional. Quick to visit the site, access and made a date and price. Work was Neat, Fast and end product beautiful. We are so happy No hassels and no fuss. Definitely recommendable.

Standard Bank Insurance a bad experience.
Numerous calls. Diferent numbers. No answer. If answered the directory is as long as a days ride. Info is so fast meams nothong you can copy. To take mone ia easy. To get assistance is almost impossible. You get frustartation and a world of waiting till you get cut off after 15minutes. I will humly say to stay away from stamdard bank insurance. Whn you need help you pay for there is none. Too big too fancy and there system is to frustrate you to leave them alone. So disappointed.

Absa restric Customers on Service delivery
To my surprise and unconstitutional ABSA don't want a customer to transfer his/her money to Luno. Seems that ABSA is know the Big Brother to your funds....but taking their share of service fees as you go along is absolutely fine. No choice in that...2021 and ABSA is scared of crypto Why ?

Standard Bank from hero to zero
To my lost of thousand of Rand's and disgust. Internet banking....struggle with account transfer. New device...contacted Bank online...Was told that the computer will decide when I may do payments again. Really how's that. Transfers on accounts is immediately.....no it took 3 days.....Really....and the customer takes the loss and no logic answers from the bank.....I thought ABSA had problems but I feel way different know. 2021 and all this nonsense.......

Lambertsbay Accommodation: Magnificent.
Accommodation is clean, neat and spacoius. Well situated, walking distance from beach and dunes. Parking secure and private. Owner is hands on friendly and helpfull. Price is very good for the quality you get. Very happy and will visit soon again just for longer. Thx Jaco.

PANGELA SECURITY EMPLOYEES FAILS PUBLIC
Pangela employee working at Security entrance with public at Sauvignon Estate Brackenfell Protea Heights. 20201221 at 10h0. Most unprofessional, racist attitude, unfriendly behaviour, lack of skill, proper training and unneat appearance. I was realy disgusted and flabbergasted by this Companys employee that always looked professional from a distance. Working with public direct need employees that understand proper protocol, not the opposite.

Her catering is exceptional good and you can see extra effort is done in every thing, even Decor, flowers and more. Fort Simon Estate itself is an exotic venue with palm trees and a pool with beautiful lucious flora all around. Tucked away in the hills of Stellenbosch surrounded by vineyards. Thank you for making our day Super Special.
