Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied tenant, HB Property Management with no people management skills

If it was possible to give a zero or negative rating I would. Highly unprofessional, poor treatment, poor communication including zero responses on key concerns despite numerous follow ups on whatsapp, sms and email. A complete disregard for tenant and human rights. Formal complaint against Hazel Museba as the agent who was supposed to assist me, but caused me further stress and distress while trying to recover from Covid. Would not recommend this company to anyone seeking property, they mistreat people and have no humanity. Was denied the right to an inspection upon vacating the premises and was forced to leave during quarantine, weak and sick. I will never engage them in future and wish whoever deals with them is treated with dignity.
