Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied tenant, HB Property Management with no people management skills
If it was possible to give a zero or negative rating I would. Highly unprofessional, poor treatment, poor communication including zero responses on key concerns despite numerous follow ups on whatsapp, sms and email. A complete disregard for tenant and human rights. Formal complaint against Hazel Museba as the agent who was supposed to assist me, but caused me further stress and distress while trying to recover from Covid. Would not recommend this company to anyone seeking property, they mistreat people and have no humanity. Was denied the right to an inspection upon vacating the premises and was forced to leave during quarantine, weak and sick. I will never engage them in future and wish whoever deals with them is treated with dignity.

Unprofessional and unacceptable agent conduct
One of the agents (Jean is her name) at this property management agency is very rude and provided the worst and highly unacceptable service and was very rude. She has a self-righteous attitude and speaks down to you. As a customer and client, I am appalled and disgusted. DO NOT work with this woman, stay far far away.

<p><strong>Money making scheme. Shame on you!!! </strong></p> <p>I rented a unit in Midrand under HB Property Management. I met a guy by the name of Cleaver, who ***isted me with the process of finalising the the process of occupying the unit.</p> <p> </p> <p>The problem started when i had to move out. I was not allowed to remove or be paid for the DSTV installation, which i took over from the preivious tenant. I paid couple of thousands from the previous tenant as the Dish was using PVR and later upgraded to Explorer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to the lady called Roda Magoni, she promised to pay me back the money i spent on everything and then she later referred me to the clauses on the lease i signed years back. I mean really, i spent my hard erned cash and they just want to rob me like that. I will really not advise or recommend anyone to do business with crooks like this company..</p> <p> </p> <p>THEY MUST PAY BACK MY MONEY. I will definately take this matter further.</p>

BAD SERVICE
I am currently looking into renting a place in Midrand so naturally I begun searching on the internet , I identified a place which seemed to be great and I send a request to the agent Mr Cleaver Nkomo . On Monday 5 April Mr Nkomo sent me an email advising that the place is still vacant ,I then called him to arrange for a viewing. <br> He confirmed 6pm Tuesday 6 April 2016 telephonically to be the viewing time ,I then sent another confirmation on email of which he confirmed receipt .On Tuesday 6 April 2016 , not being familiar with the area I called Mr Nkomo , for directions , I was already in Midrand at this time . While on the phone Mr Nkomo hung up , I then attempted to call again and he didn't answer.My brother , who was travelling with me called him and Mr Nkomo answered . He too asked for directions , this seemed impossible to get so I drove around looking for the apartments and I found it.Upon arrival I was refused entrance in the complex for valid reasons , safety on the people living there , the security asked me o contact the agent to confim so I can they can allow me to park . I then called Mr Nkomo who hung up my call , after two more attempts I had no choice but to go home
