I have used Eezi Move many times and always been exceedingly happy with their service. However a few weeks ago during my move, their team reversed into a firebox in the complex I moved out of, causing major damage to it. They spoke to my husband about 2 minutes later and didn’t mention a thing, even though we can see on the camera footage that they were aware they hit the box. It’s been two weeks since I have tried to lodge a claim against them for the damage and they have been extremely uncommunicative and giving us what feels like the runaround in the hope that we will let the matter go. No matter the outcome they have lost themselves a client for life, very poorly handled situation.
Ackermans Fourways crossing went completely above and beyond to help me out with a misplaced voucher when they could so easily have just brushed me off (wouldn’t have blamed them, my carelessness!) but they did everything they could despite it being a complete mission, fantastic customer service!!
Ordered and paid and then heard nothing back, tried to email and phone and WhatsApp and nothing. Total scam.
Moved out of my rental property over 4 months ago and have still not received my deposit back. They have told me numerous times it was on its way but have never paid me my money back.
I applied to study and paid my R3400 and then waited and waited for my details to start studying but never received any feedback from them. I sent dozens of emails to every address I could find and either received no response or was told they will get back to me which they never did. I then asked if I can just have my Money back as I don’t wish to study with such a disorganised institution and again have not received any correspondence. Don’t waste your time and money.
I bought a car last year and had it checked by Dekra, received a very good report at a cost of R2000. Now trying to sell the vehicle and have had it pointed out that the entire car has been resprayed at some point, which now that we have had it pointed out to us is very obvious to see, yet Dekra did not pick it up which is what you pay them for, to notice such things. Now our car is valued a good deal less and we probably overpaid on it a lot.

I was offered what sounded like a good deal on my Vodacom contract upgrade. A new handset and contract renewal fro R179 a month. When I received the info via email, there were a whole lot of extras now amounting to R367. I decided to phone them and cancel, within my rights as it's well within the 5 day cooling off period that I am entitled to but the call centre agent just kept saying she couldn't hear me and my line was bad which was not thecase at all.
