HC EXCLUSIVE- THINK BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM
Please be careful when you buy a car from these people. They sold me a car, at R 109000.00 i drove the car for 3 days, and the car broke down. After a huge fight i got the dealership to take the car back and fixed it. It has been 19 days since they took the car and still my car is not fixed. Everytime a day before or the day of the Schedule delivery the manager Imaad calls me to tell me that there is something else wrong. Then the next week it is something else. Then the next week there is something else. I even went to the mechanic who they took the car too, it isbyoung arrogant man, who refuses to provide feedback. The car should have been ready today and still i have no car. They refuse to replace the car, they refuse to refund me. I am now left to deal with this by myself. Everythihg day they asking for more time, and more time and kore time. They gave me rental car, the rental car is faulty, i had to replace the battery out of my own pocket, the car's breaks are metal to metal, the car is leaking oil, and they expect me to be happy. When i demanded a refund the managers started getting aggressive. They have my koney and they have my car, and I am left stranded. THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM. HC Exclustive Randfontein. They have another place not far down the road. When you buy a car, ensure that there is no manager called Imaad, or there is no affiliation with HC Exclusive. BE CAREFULL WHEN YOU BUY A CAR.

R90 000 rip off on 2 months
My sister bought a car voetstoot with no disclosed defects, Audi A3, 2007 model in January 2023,for R90 000, which is already a rip off. 3rd day after her purchase the car started having gear disfuntionality. The oil was leaking. The owner of HC Exclusive Motors refered her to his mechanic in Lenz. Who then fixed the engine oil leak. Then the car was ok for a few days until it started leaking water rapidly. Turns out the mechanic of the mentioned dealer was negligent that he didn't fasten the radiator properly it cut the water pipe. They replaced the pipe, this is all happening in the month she purchased the car. Second month the car still bad problems, jerking badly as she drove. She tried negotiaging a refund or another car. The owner doesnt budge. My sisters mistake was to not access the car before purchase. She took the ownes word for true. So ywo months and 1 week my sister is driving that car that breaks evryday and theres nothing she an do about it. Do not buy a car there. You will regret. No customer service or business ethics. Money hungry and ruthless. STAY AWAY. YOU'LL REGRET
