HCV BAD BUSINESS BROKERS

This company is completely useless. My car got hit by a truck. I have tried to e mail them on several occasions they do not respond. I asked if I can come to their offices to find out what is happening with the claim. They said they only deal with e mails. I was given e mail addresses that don't exist. They said they would get someone to call me back. Nobody called me back. This company should be investigated there is a lot of complaints about this company. They are brokers that give people the run around and hide in thier offices refusing to repair peoples vehicles.
