I did have a breakdown on N3 at Estcourt Shell ultra

I did have a breakdown on N3 at Estcourt Shell ultra. I phoned and explained my truck situation. There help was to move me from shell ultra to Estcourt which I disagreed to as I live in Durban but needed to go to PMB as my mechanic is in PMB. They blankly refused as they stated to me that they will take me to the place of safety but I was at a safe place and wanted to be towed to PMB. Upto now they refused to tow me. Their service to is outrageously poor. I don't recommend anyone using them as they cannot satisfy their customers needs.
