Bad to No Noise Management

I have to agree with Zoey M that wrote a review about HD property group being terrible at managing noise at her complex as I am having the same experience with them at Ventura, a Summercon complex in Fourways.

I have been having issues with noise from a neighbour that resides above me for the past 8 months now..

We have been reporting the noise endlessly to the security guards and the estate manager and nothing seems to be done about it.. The people that continue to make the noise have only been fined once and this definitely does not send a message to them that not adhering to the estate rules will not be tolerated.

We have been told to report out complaints to CSOS but they have also not been able to do anything up to now...

So I am wondering what does HD Property Group get paid for if they can not manage the estate like they should?
