I have to agree with Zoey M that wrote a review about HD property group being terrible at managing noise at her complex as I am having the same experience with them at Ventura, a Summercon complex in Fourways. I have been having issues with noise from a neighbour that resides above me for the past 8 months now.. We have been reporting the noise endlessly to the security guards and the estate manager and nothing seems to be done about it.. The people that continue to make the noise have only been fined once and this definitely does not send a message to them that not adhering to the estate rules will not be tolerated. We have been told to report out complaints to CSOS but they have also not been able to do anything up to now... So I am wondering what does HD Property Group get paid for if they can not manage the estate like they should?
I am terribly disappointed with Crocs South Africa. I have ordered online items on the 29th of November already and have not yet received my items or have had any feedback from them with regards to my update requests. The product is great, but the South African service is unfortunately very disappointing. I will definitely not order from Crocs SA every again.
Value Express and Makro are worst combination ever. I have placed an online order with Makro on the 30th of November and have not had any communication from Value Express yet as to the status of my delivery. And today is the 4th of December. Tried calling value Express several times but the calls keep on dropping. It is absolutely crazy and frustrating. I can now see why Checkers Sixty60 is the best online shopping and delivery services. I will not buy from Makro online again.
Exceptional service from Melani van Niekerk as always
My husband has been driving a Mercedes Benz since I have known him, which is 13 years now and and we have recently experienced the worst service/ support from Mercedes Sandton ever. His vehicle has been in the repair shop for over 3 months now awaiting spare parts. We do not receive any updates from the maintenance department on the arrival of the spare part unless we call them and the time of arrival for the spare part keeps on changing. This is beyond frustrating as we need to continue paying our monthly installment on the vehicle but without the use of it. Mercedes Benz South Africa has offered us a rental car but with an excess insurance payment of R70 000.00 should something happen to the vehicle. Absolutely crazy. The the vehicle they offered at R70 000.00 excess is way lower model then what we currently drive. This is definitely not the care and support that we expect from such an international brand and we are very disappointed in Mercedes Benz We will definitely think twice before buying another Mercedes Benz again.
Pick 'n Pay Cedar Square has terrible service...they have so many workers present in the store but only one or two people servicing the tills.... Customers end up waiting a long time to be helped... And they are soo unfriendly at most of times... It is not a pleasure to shop there at all..
I had to replace my geyser at 138 Aquila Estate. Melani van Niekerk (Insurance Administrator) assisted me with this task. I received excellent and speedy assistance from her and it was a great pleasure to have dealt with her on this matter. She went out of her way to make everything very simple and smooth for me.
