ordered a headboard and received an order confirmation. Their email said the lead time is on the website, so I checked and saw it was 14 days. It has now been 16 days, and I have received no updates about my order.
I emailed the company asking for an update but got no reply. I then contacted Happy Pay for assistance, and the only response the company gave was a snarky comment saying the lead time is 14 days and that customers “use WhatsApp” to communicate.
This is completely unprofessional. Even if the headboard is still being manufactured, they could have sent a kind email or used a proper system to give me an update. Taking a customer’s money without providing any real communication or service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from this company.
