<div>On the 2 February I have bought the Spa treatment ( aromatherapy full body massage with hot stones ) 1 hr 30 for 2 people. The same was paid via my bank and sent them POP as usual by taking screen shots from the bank app.usually, my payment appears on their account after a day or so.then they will send email with voucher numbers .
I have been enquiry about the same for almost 2weeks now and I have been given the run around requesting proof of payment from the bank .I have sent same from my account showing them that money has been paid into their account on certain date.however they still refuse to assist .what's annoying is since I have been using Health hydro spa for more than 7 years I have used same payment method I really don't know what's the fuss about .</div>
