Time and Fuel Wasted Due to Poor Service Delivery and Rude, Impatient Staff

I had a very frustrating experience with HealthWorx, Benoni branch.

I first emailed on 12 March and had to continuously follow up with no proper assistance. The staff I spoke to over the phone were rude, impatient, and one in particular was condescending, which made the whole process unnecessarily stressful.

By 23 March (12 days later), I had no choice but to use my off day and fuel to go in person—only to find out the letter was never emailed to me and, on top of that, it was incorrect.

Overall, this was a complete waste of my time and energy. I will not be returning and will be advising others to avoid this hassle.
