Dischem Farramere might actually be the slowest pharmacy in Benoni. I waited more than an hour for two medications. The pharmacists are slow, unhelpful and uninterested. No sense of urgency.
My vehicle remained with this service provider for several months. Upon its return, I discovered it had sustained additional damage beyond what it had originally gone in for. This led to months of repeated back-and-forth with Re-New It in an attempt to have the issues rectified. A few months later, further concerns arose. The underbody plates of my vehicle had not been properly fastened and subsequently detached while driving — a serious safety hazard. In addition, the replaced parts have already begun to chip, and the paintwork is flaking away, indicating poor workmanship and quality control. This ongoing pattern of negligence has not only caused unnecessary delays and frustration but has also endangered my safety as a client.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had the unfortunate experience of my car being sent to this “panel beater” after an accident, and I truly regret it. The entire process was a nightmare from start to finish. First off, it took an unbelievable 7 weeks for them to “repair” my car. When I finally got it back, I was horrified. The vehicle was literally falling apart. It seemed like they had done a poor job of gluing it back together. The dashboard was installed incorrectly, and there were glue/ paint stains all over the interior. To top it off, there were visible cracks inside the car that were clearly ignored. As bad as the cosmetic issues were, what truly alarmed me was that they failed to make my car safe. I couldn’t trust it on the road, and it felt like a serious danger to my life. It’s clear they did not prioritize quality repairs or safety. On top of all of this, trying to communicate with them was impossible and getting answers or solutions was like pulling teeth. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would never trust them with any vehicle again.
I recently had the misfortune to be admitted to MediClinic Morningside and required an arm sling. I was charged a 177% mark up percentage! Not only was I nearly charged 4x the amount, I was charged R348 for the sling to be app****, only half of the sling was app****, the part around my neck. Does this mean that I am eligible for a 50% discount?
Negligent. I could write out my entire experience, but essentially the take away would be that this hospital is negligent and I encourage anyone with a family member that cannot speak for themselves not to be admitted here. There were some fantastic nurses, however the bad outweighs the good when it comes to this hospital. Being admitted to this hospital was one of my most traumatising experiences.

Nokuthula Mfazwe at the benoni branch is an absolute STAR. She was extremely helpful and took her time to advise me regarding my banking, she was also able to efficiently solve all of my issues that I have been trying to telephonically solve for months! She also has amazing people skills and the world of patience. FNB I hope you know what an asset she is to your company! and I hope that she gets treated as such.
For the second month in a row you guys have double debited me! NO ONE CAN ASSIST or I have to pay for a reversal for a mistake that you guys made!! FNB ARE THIEVES!!! I have tried to cancel the policy several times but you guys never let me, the calls get cut or I get transferred to someone else!
