I was **** to by different consultants after making an inquiry about benefits.
A manager listened to the calls and condoned the lies ans tried to convince me why I should accept the lies from the consultants as well. Apparently their internal policies excuse the poorly trained staff and work ethic.
Any way... I am pregnant and have been fighting for weeks to be fully refunded. The manager does not EVEN have the decency to contact me with an update. Momentum should really look into the quality of its staff and training.
Absolutely terrible service.
I encourage evey person who has been **** to by this entity to lodge a complaint with the insurance ombud.
