So I recently got a call a week back from the heinz team regarding the complaint I have made here recently, it has been 5 business days and more than a week waiting for a response from them after they had requested all the proof I have which was forwarded to a whatsapp number on the same day . I'm disgusted as there is no explanation or call back for an update Nothing, I am the customer that's out of pocket ,single working parent with a product that I cannot use at all .
