Pathetic and no response till date
Really upset as I have gotten no response from the heinz team I have bought a box of their cheese puffs which are a favorite of my family The puffs have all melted together and the cheese has oozed out and is now resembling a very messed up macaroni dish .
I took all the precautions and always buy my groceries before I can get home which is about 15 minutes away .
I am now left with a product I cannot use as everything is mushed together. The email on their box is defective this leaves me outta pocket and with no product that I can salvage and use . Disgusting service from them to ignore and email and not responding in 24 hours
