Hello Paisa has kept my account on FICA hold since October last year, despite me submitting all requested documents long ago.
It has now been over 4 months, and I still cannot access my money. Customer support keeps delaying without providing a clear reason or resolution timeline.
My passport is valid until 2030, so there is absolutely no justification for this prolonged hold. At this point, this feels like withholding customer funds without cause.
I trusted Hello Paisa with my money, and this experience has been stressful, unacceptable, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this service unless they resolve FICA issues transparently and within a reasonable timeframe.
