Hello Paisa has kept my account on FICA hold since October last year, despite me submitting all requested documents long ago. It has now been over 4 months, and I still cannot access my money. Customer support keeps delaying without providing a clear reason or resolution timeline. My passport is valid until 2030, so there is absolutely no justification for this prolonged hold. At this point, this feels like withholding customer funds without cause. I trusted Hello Paisa with my money, and this experience has been stressful, unacceptable, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this service unless they resolve FICA issues transparently and within a reasonable timeframe.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of service I have received from both Standard Bank and Mukuru. I attempted to withdraw money from a Standard Bank ATM using my Mukuru card, and although the money was deducted from my account, no cash was dispensed the money was retracted by the atm. I could even hear the ATM counting the money, yet nothing came out. I immediately contacted Standard Bank, only to be told to contact Mukuru. I contacted Mukuru as instructed, but up to this moment, I have received absolutely no feedback, no update, and no assistance. My money was taken, and I am left stranded with no resolution, no accountability, and no support from either side. This is completely unacceptable. I need my money urgently, and the lack of response shows a shocking disregard for customers. I am requesting immediate assistance and a full investigation into this matter. I will not accept being pushed around while my hard-earned money is taken without any explanation.
HelloPaisa service is absolutely disappointing. It’s been a week since I started trying to reset my banking app PIN, and despite sending all the requested documents, I still haven’t received a call or any update. My issue remains unresolved. This level of service is unacceptable — I expected much better efficiency and communication from a financial institution.

After carefully providing all the required information, including proof of purchase, iCloud details, and a police report, my claim was still rejected due to alleged non-compliance, as I failed to provide them with footage of where I reside. This request is particularly puzzling, considering I was ****** in a township, and not at my home. It would be much more logical for them to request footage of the incident location. Unfortunately, I can no longer continue doing business with this company and have decided to take legal action against them. Two individuals, ***** and *****, who work as claim validators for "naked insurance," are specifically to blame for this situation. It seems they are paid to reject claims, thus saving the company, which is simply unacceptable.</div>
