HelloPaisa did not process my remittance order for days and they are locking my money

This bank needs to be checked. I am not a regular customer at HelloPaisa but I have an account. They always call me telling about discounts on sending money to other countries. I created an order to send money on Remittance and they gave me pay at reference to use in Stores to pay for my order which I paid for and the money ended up getting stuck in my account and the order has not gone through now since 2 days. I ended up using Mukuru to send money home and now the money in hellopaisa can't come out their stupid app is saying system is not allowing Debits on my account I can't even buy airtime or do cash outs. Beware of this stupid organization it's not even a proper bank
