I would like to raise few concerns regarding the appointment arrangements: with HP Inc. Hemmersbach South Africa (PTY) LTD
1. During our phone conversation, we agreed that the engineer/technician would be onsite at 09:00. However, the email I received reflects a full-day window of 09:00 to 17:00, which does not align with what was confirmed telephonically.
2. I waited the entire day for feedback or an update, but I did not receive any communication until 16:39, when I was informed that my phone was allegedly sending calls to voicemail. This was surprising, as I did not receive any missed calls or notifications throughout the day. And besides that, i understand that they have my second contact number as they were also used during the 1st engineer's visit.
3. This is now the third time in a month the office/engineer has gone through an entire appointment day without providing timely updates, leaving me waiting without any communication. This recurring pattern is concerning and reflects poorly on the service experience.
