HP if you have another company to handle your Site Support Technician please consider them ,this company is the most worse company to deal with they ****s

Had a tech who knows nothing and laptop was not complete but he asked to me to make a desk with him to sign off the job and he would come back I said no They promised to send someone out in the morning and they did not keep to they . The technician just hangs up phone .

I once also had one who forged my signature just to close a call with out my agreement .
