Terrible service - Missing in action

Contact numbers listed on the HP site for this repair agent doesn't work. In addition to this, you cannot make contact with this organisation as they also will not reply to anyone's emails. We are using the address which they provided us with after we dropped off our repair and received a reference from them. Been 20 days since I dropped off our clients unit and its impossible to reach anyone at their Midrand office.

HP should retract their agreements with them, the service is non existent, its shocking.
