Henberg Three Rivers Multichoice What a disappointment trying to get service or assistance in this buseness. Standing outside waiting to get in only to note there are 4 people sitting behind the counter and one customer being helped. Asked the lady behind the counter to assist her reply was to sit and await assistance.. After the only other customer has been assisted I asked them to assist me and was told.. You can wait Untill we are ready. Amazing to get this type of service in this modern times..

One week ago I went to Henberg Vaalpark to get a HD PVR power supply. The woman told me they don't exchange them, but it is R200.00 for a new one. I decided to go and look if I cant get it cheaper somewhere else. Pick n Pay was R400.00 and Diamond Corner was also R200.00 so I decided to go back to Henberg, as they are credible dealers for Multichoice. When I arrived there yesterday to buy a R200.00 power supply, the woman informed me (with an attitude that there's something wrong with me, I did not hear her right) that they are R260.00 each, and she never said they were R200.00. After a huge argument I left the store and phoned Multichoice to find out what the going rate is for a HD PVR power supply. Guess what Multichoice said, and their calls are recorded, They are R150.00 each. So why would Henberg charge almost double the amount??????? Henberg will NEVER see me again, and neither will I EVER refer someone to them EVER again.

Well eerstens het ek my tv 3 keer trug gestuur wa hul gese het dat die prob is op gelos maar elke keer maak hy die selfde. Die was no die vierde keer wat hy trug gegaan het en staan no al daar vir n maand en 4 dae daar ..hul het my nog niks laat weet nie. Ek was al by hul gewees to kon hul my nie inligting gee oor die tv nie en my nmr gevat en gese die tegnikus sal my volgende dag bel. Maar nogsteeds het ek nog niks vat hul gehoor nie. Ek sal weer iets post sodra ek van hul hoor. Mr.Chegwidden

I was forced to use this useless company to install my dstv, worst experience ever and i do not recommend them to anyone. they dont care and the managers dont care either about the customers

<p>Henberg came out last week Thursday, installed explora and left with only 1 of 4 television sets working on dstv. Phoned on friday and saterday, they were supposed to come yesterday (monday) and fix their mess. So waited whole day yesterday...no Henberg. Phoned them at 4 because they close at 5, they're so sorry wont be able to make it. Will come first thing on Tuesday morning (today) Just phoned them now, they will only be able to come after 12. **** heads, I told them yesterday it has to be early this morning as I have other appointments. NEVER EVER WOULD I TECOMMEND HENBERG TO ANYONE. LAZY FULL OF **** PEOPLE WITH POOR CLIENT SERVICE!!!!</p>
