Hendler & Heart where are you hiding...

We left a message last Saturday for them to get on Monday regarding their Tefal Non-stick Pans. Monday came and went till yesterday when "someone" working with their FB marketing I guess, sent me a text on Messenger:

We did send this person an email yet we are still ignored, only to find out that we are not the only ones battling to get hold of the Tefal division at Hendler & Heart. It seems everyone wants to know about the peeling Non-stick on their Tefal pans for which we can't get answers
