Customer Service
At last a Company that knows what "customer service" is. I bought an aluminium kettle from Pick n Pay but did not keep my slip, so when I found a leak (hole) in the kettle, I contacted Hendler & Hart. Their response was quick via email, and they arranged to have a replacement kettle delivered to my house in Roodepoort. Well done

Hendler & Heart where are you hiding...
We left a message last Saturday for them to get on Monday regarding their Tefal Non-stick Pans. Monday came and went till yesterday when "someone" working with their FB marketing I guess, sent me a text on Messenger: Hi Kevin, please can I ask you to send an email to prisantha@hendler.co.za? Thanks We did send this person an email yet we are still ignored, only to find out that we are not the only ones battling to get hold of the Tefal division at Hendler & Heart. It seems everyone wants to know about the peeling Non-stick on their Tefal pans for which we can't get answers

Tefal Superb service
We’ve been using Tefal products for the last 5/6 years and this is the first time that we had a problem with one of the pots where the non-stick material is coming off. I sent them a message with photos and my problem was resolved very quickly. They send me a new pot!! I would like to thank the people at Hendler & Hart for their quick and positive resolution. Really appreciate it. I can definitely recommend the Tefal range to anyone. Really love their products. Thank you very much!!

Tefal Superb service

Excellent service deliveries
Needed urgent deliveries. It was done faster than promised and are now using them regularly. Plesant to comunicate with and keep you updated. The Hart Resurant in Melkbos -Their slogan "I Love Melkies"
